what is the difference between iphone in US and Europe?
like why do they have tethering and mms now and also differences like carrier and any other general differences and like looks and capabilities apps and apple stuff??
The phone itself is the same. (iPhone 3G = iPhone 3G, iPhone 3G S = iPhone 3G S). However iPhone 3G w/ 3.0 OS is not the same as iPhone 3G S w/ 3.0.
iPhone 3G S will have more features (voice control, compass, etc.)
AT&T just won't support tethering/mms as of now because they need to change their plans and update the servers. It's going to take a while.
